Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Christa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and mental performance professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life with greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance. With backgrounds in both clinical therapy and sport and performance psychology, her work integrates emotional wellness with practical strategies for sustainable growth and performance.

As a former student-athlete at The University of Alabama, Christa understands the unique pressures that can come with performance, identity, relationships, transition, and high expectations.
